SHONA LANGA UNIT D

The project consisted of design proposals and concept designs of a Shona Langa Estate development unit (Unit D). The purpose of the design was to showcase the interior potential of spaces such as the entrance foyer, an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area, and a TV/living area. Other spaces included a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and an exterior deck area with a braai and elevated pool area.

The purpose of the rendered visuals were also to serve as marketing material for the estate's advertisement campaigns on various platforms. In the project, modern colour palettes with warm timber and stone accents were used to create contrasts with white and dark grey wall features. The interior elements mirror the bushveld exterior with the above-mentioned colours and accents and create a balanced feeling within the interior while also capturing modern styles.
