HOUSE MOKOPANE 

The project consisted of concept design and spatial layout solutions of the existing house to integrate six bedrooms with four communal bathrooms and other communal areas like a kitchen, a scullery/washroom, a dining area and a TV/relaxation area. The development will serve as rental spaces/rooms for mining workers in Mokopane after local municipality approval and construction, thus entailing minimal materials-, furniture- and colour schemes, neat layouts and practicality.
