MODERN HOUSE

Instructed to design a modern energy-efficient residence, the first approach was to determine the spatial layout beneficial to the house. The existing house consisted of a mostly glass exterior inspired by the real "glass house".

 

A comfortable modern style was implemented with walnut wooden accents, marble features and LED strip lights concealed in concealed areas. All these elements add to a relaxed yet modern feel in the home.
